Honey Bee Ham Company – About us

The new owner of the Honey Bee Ham Company, Jeff Rusnak,  started more then 30 years ago prepping the hams for the holiday seasons, at the original store in east Windsor. He quickly moved to a more senior job, learning the unique honey and spice recipe as he became one of the company’s few glazers.

Jeff bought the company in 2018, more than three decades after founder Kevin Brode opened his doors in 1983. Learning from the original owner, Jeff prides himself on hanging onto the traditions he’s helped perfect over the years. He continues to offer the finest quality of fully baked spiral-sliced honey glazed ham.
