RECIPES

NAVY BEAN SOUP


Ingredients:

  • 1 Honey Bee Ham Bone
  • 1 lb Navy Beans
  • 16 cups of water
  • 3-4 potatos
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 4 carrots diced
  • 1 can whole tomatos
  • 4 stalks celery chopped

Preparation:

In a 6 quart pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a rapid boil. Lower heat and let simmer for 2-3 hours or until cooked. Season to your taste. Enjoy!
